Your Account is the over-arching entity from which you manage your billing, services, support tickets, and everything else related to your interactions with WebKeeper.
WebKeeper is based in Australia, where it is mandatory to provide an ABN or ACN for any financial transaction.
If you do not have an ABN or ABN, or are based in a country other than Australia, please enter “N/A” – otherwise you should apply for one! (Click Here!)
Most of our communications will be via email or through your Account Page, but it may be necessary to contact you if an urgent matter arises. Rest assured that your contact details will NEVER be shared with third parties unless by your request.
Providing an alternative contact will assist in the event of login information being misplaced, or if your primary contact were to be unavailable for any reason.
Your Postal Details are requested to provide completeness of documentation, for instance on your monthly Invoice Report.
A Postal Box is sufficient.
